Building
Updates

The
Blueprint
Here's a rough blueprint of the building.
It's 4000 square feet, about 80 ft x 50 ft.
It will have 4 major rooms, each capable of holding 50-70 people.
The 2 west rooms will have a temporary wall built that can be moved easily as the churches grow. This will allow us to have one big room that can hold 150 people at one time.

Mid
2009 - Jan 2010
• Two and a quarter acres of land at 3610 Hillside Drive in Round Rock was given to another churchplant called Northwest Chinese Church (NWCC). [See yellow area in picture at right]
• NWCC sensed God's leading to build a 4000 sq. ft. building to enable weekend worship services and community ministry.
• In July, 2009, Pastor Yu (NWCC) offered to share their land and future building with Horizon as part of investing into God's Kingdom.
*In November, permits are acquired to clear most of the surface brush from the lot.
• In late January, we get permits to begin Stage 1, building the foundation for the building. The site is near the intersection of Great Oaks Drive and Hillside Drive in the 78681 zip code of Round Rock. [see map below, BLUE dot is our home and GREEN dot is the new site, about 3.7 miles away]
